Think you may want your home staged before it hits the market in Charleston but have no idea where to start or what that means? Staging Charleston has you covered.
First of all it’s important to state that not all stages are created equal. Based on your timeline, goals and budget we can stage a little or a lot. Our staging team works with home sellers in Lowcountry one on one to determine the best approach for them.
Staging can involve your entire home, both inside and out, including painting, de-cluttering and depersonalization as well as finishing all those little projects you never had time to finish. At the end of the day we will ensure your home is staged to perfection and ready to sell quickly and for top offer.
Our first goal is to use what you have. We do our best to utilize your own furniture and aesthetic to your advantage. Re-purposing pieces from other rooms or removing some pieces to open up space we aim to make the process easy. For items you don’t have, or pieces we don’t see a fit for, we have a warehouse of items from furniture to décor that assist us in making our vision become a reality. We do our best to keep your additional costs sparse. In certain situations storage of extra furniture or boxes will be recommended, but again, we work with you and your budget.
Staging Charleston staged 25 of Front Porch Properties’ sold homes in 2020 and staged over 21 other homes for local real estate agents here in Charleston. Of these homes most were on the market just an average of 8 days and sold at 97% of asking price.
“According to the National Association of Realtors, for every $100 invested in staging, the potential return is $400,” the article from Forbes continues to note, “Staging can save you from a costly price reduction. A staged home will sell for 17% more on average than a non-staged home…That is statistically 87% faster than non-staged homes.”
Where to start? Let’s schedule a consultation, see what we’re working with and discuss your goals. Staging Charleston is ready to make your place someone’s dream!
